Commission Information
a) When commissioning me, it is the client's responsibility to ensure all relevant information necessary for their commission is provided (Including presentation of their character(s)).b) The characters you provide must be yours or you must have permission to use them.c) I have the full right to refuse a request if I am not comfortable with the proposal or nature of the art.
Prices & Payment
Payment is to be made after the ending states of the drawing, until that the updates given will have a Watermark. In case of Large commissions an a small upfront payment might be asked. The prices are converted directly to USD depending on your national currency. All my prices listed are a base that may seem increased due to character and/or prop complexity.I take all payments via PayPal (USD) only.
Process
I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style. This means slightly tweaking colours and adjusting markings to better fit the shape language I use as necessary. In no case will I change things in such a way the character is unrecognizable. My updates on the drawing are not limited, but please do not rush the commission process. Once started, I will send drafts for approval. At this stage, feel free to request changes and make any comments which I must keep in mind in the final piece.Once the draft is approved, I will proceed to finalize the commission, which I will send awaiting a final verdict.
Please understand that changes after completion are very limited and may not be possible. I will accept changes based on things that I have forgotten or missed, such as markings, horns or accesories, etc. This comes at no extra fee as long as the information was included in the original reference sheet or description in the commission form.
Turnaround
Depending on my schedule, health, workload and the complexity of the commission, turnaround may range from a few weeks to even a month or two.If you need a commission done by a specific date, please specify that you need it done by a certain deadline. It is best to request a deadline at least two weeks in advance, and more time is always better, especially if the commission is large.
